WinStock Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

WinStock collects information you provide directly: email address and display name when you create an account, and content you submit including store reports, product availability, prices, and photos. We automatically collect location data (with your permission) to show nearby stores and verify report locations, and standard usage data including device type, app version, and feature interactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the app, display crowdsourced inventory reports to other users, improve accuracy and features, and send notifications you've requested such as product alerts.

3. Information We Share

Reports you submit — including store name, product, status, price, and photos — are visible to all WinStock users. Your display name may appear alongside your reports. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Reports expire automatically (12–24 hours for active listings). Account data is retained until you delete your account.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@winstockapp.com.

6. Children's Privacy

WinStock is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy and will notify users of significant changes through the app.
